Education Recruitment & Workforce Specialist
Working within the Education sector for 30 years Richard is the founder and director of a recruitment consultancy specialising exclusively in the education sector. He supports Schools and Trusts in analysing roles, addressing skills gaps, and delivering targeted CPD solutions. With extensive experience in workforce planning and talent development, Richard helps organisations build effective teams, optimise performance, and retain staff, bringing strategic insight and sector-specific expertise to every engagement.

Alison Halford
Leadership & Professional Development Specialist
Alison has 25 years' experience in education, specialising in leadership and professional development. She led CPD across a successful MAT and was Director of a Teaching School Hub, supporting over 350 schools. Alison has mentored on the Senior Leader Apprenticeship with the University of Birmingham for 6 cohorts, supporting schools to utilise this apprenticeship alongside their Masters. With the National Institute of Teaching, she supported the recruitment of new teachers including Postgraduate Teacher Apprenticeships. Alison has championed Apprenticeships4Education since inception, passionate about leveraging apprenticeships to best effect for all school staff.

CEO and systems leader of a Multi‑Academy Trust, Ian leads school improvement, inclusion and strategic development across primary, secondary and specialist settings.
